Do you know someone who struggles with depression or suicidal ideations and you’re not sure what to do?  In this space, you can learn how to help yourself, friends, or a loved one without judgment.

Hi, my name is Jennifer! Presently, I work with individuals and groups at the Department of Health & Human Services- Mental Health Branch and I love my job! Working as a counselor allows me the opportunity to connect with people who may feel depressed, anxious, angry, or other emotions. The ability to offer support and provide a safe environment for people in my community is important to me, not only professionally but personally as well. Working at Mental Health, I can utilize my skills and training in the most positive ways- helping people. Between full-time work and full-time grad school, I spend my free time with my dog, Lili, and taking photos 🙂
